Grade Mapping
Gauge+ automatically aligns evaluations to the relevant grade
This mapping is achieved by uploading your current grading structure in Gauge+ with the following:
• Grades
• Grades v Gauge Reference points
• Salary ranges
Once an evaluation has been completed and there is a total point score for the evaluation, the relevant grade is shown.
Gauge+ has numerous reports and data analysis tools to show evaluations by grades, in addition to factor points/levels in various formats. The information provides an additional check for moderation across career pathways.
If by organisational design you have multiple grading structures, we can load ALL the structures, and through global filtering functionality in Gauge+ create rules that will ensure the correct evaluation links to the correct grading structure.
If changes are made to your grading structure, simply update your Grade Mapping information in Gauge+, or send it to the Gauge Helpdesk and Pilat will do it for you as part of your support package.
