Deleted Evaluations

Evaluations can sometimes be mistakenly deleted by users/ analysts, not realising that the evaluation has been deleted until they try and find the evaluation again. Once deleted, the evaluation cannot be recovered in legacy versions of Gauge.

All deleted evaluations (soft delete), are shown in a separate table accessible to Client Administrators. 

Deleted Evaluations are listed in the table showing:

•  Evaluation Title
•  Gauge Reference Number
•  Analyst/User
•  Deleted Date

Client Administrators can restore Deleted Evaluations, moving the evaluation back into the main evaluation table summary. Once restored, evaluations will no longer be listed in the Deleted Evaluation list.
