Change Log

Automatically captures all changes made to an evaluation outside of the Q&A re-evaluation process.

The Change Log provides an audit trail of evaluation changes, capturing the following:

  Date of change
  User / Analyst who made the change
  Description summary of the change
  From and To

The Change Log builds up a story of how the evaluation has changed over time, providing users with key information that might never be shared/ logged in other systems. The Change Log cannot be deleted and will be retained within Gauge+ along with the evaluation. Information may further support building up knowledge for new members of the HR team, supporting appeals and moderation.

Change Logs can be accessed by Client Administrators in Gauge+, and if needed can be printed in PDF format/exported.
