CIPD HR Software and Recruitment Show 2018

Thank you to everyone who visited the stand at the CIPD HR Software and Recruitment show.

The show was a great event for the Pilat team – it gave us a great opportunity to showcase our latest continuous performance and talent management offerings. There seemed to be a huge number of organisations that are looking to make the move away from paper-based appraisals and were happy to discuss how we could help them with the transition!

We were also pleasantly surprised how many people wanted to discuss our Job Evaluation and Pay Modelling solution as a way to address equality issues in their workforce – we already have a large number of public sector clients that utilise our services in this area, and it was interesting to see that the private sector are now looking for tools to tackle topics such as the gender pay gap and help justify pay scales.
