We’re Pilat. And since the mid-70’s, we have been employing and evolving technology to build robust HR solutions for companies.

We’ve worked, and continue to work, with some of the most respected companies in the world, expertly developing and deploying HCM solutions and individual modules to meet their specific needs.  We’re not afraid to check and challenge both our customers and ourselves, to make sure we get it right.

We have our own in-house development team, and Project Managers and delivery teams based both in the UK and the US.

Our PASRAS (Process and System Review and Specification) methodology ensures that we achieve the best-fit solution.  The disciplined process:

  • Starts with and focuses on the customer’s business case – what has driven them to seek a solution and the goals they aspire to achieve
  • Engages all appropriate stakeholders (to ensure consensus) and experts (to ensure the best solution)
  • Considers and evaluates options, consequences and benefits before determining the solution
  • Produces, reviews, and signs-off an appropriate design and implementation plan
  • Manages the change taking into account readiness, capabilities and cultural issues
  • Manages the project through to the achievement of goals
  • Makes it as easy and simple as it can be, yet as detailed and robust as it needs to be

Our detailed process ensures that we deliver the optimal solution the customer truly needs and wants – a true best-fit solution.  We are not afraid to “check and challenge” both ourselves and our clients throughout the process to ensure we stay on track.

We provide a dedicated account manager for each of our projects that will be on hand to guide you through the design, build and implementation process.

We will ensure that the solution is genuinely embedded i.e. there is sustained and improved engagement.  We will transfer knowledge, skills and tools to your team so that you can respond to as many or as few of the future demands as you choose.

It’s up to you how the project timescales proceed, and our Project Managers will be with you every step of the way.  We can work around you to ensure minimum disruption and maximum engagement.
