DESCRIPTION OF BUSINESS

The focus of the Company is developing, marketing, distributing and supporting software solutions designed to assist organizations manage the qualities of their human resources (such as abilities, performance and ambitions). The Company's main products are HR Pulse, 360 Feedback and Gauge in which it has a proprietary interest. The software services complement the Company's consulting services and allow them to provide better advice based on more comprehensive information regarding the organization's status, and its needs.

In Israel, the Company is also involved in providing evaluation and screening services, recruiting and assignment services, and consulting and management of the qualities of an organization’s human resources in areas such as performance and ability, placement and compensation. Consulting services include, among other things, developing managers through feedback, defining required capabilities, monitoring processes of organizational change, evaluating and defining activities, assessing employee contribution to the organization, employee attitude surveys, formulating organizational structures for the organization in general, and the human resources unit in particular, and organizational assessment.
