Effective process design and, if appropriate, suitable underpinning technology are essential; however, these are not enough on their own. While contemporary web-based technology should need NO training, changes in process often do. Likewise, many managers arrive in their roles through high individual performance and/or proven technical skills; people management skills frequently play little part.

Pilat workshops and training programmes have been independently accredited by the CPD Certification Service as conforming to universally accepted CPD guidelines. Participants receive a Certificate of Attendance bearing the CPD logo upon completion of each workshop or training programme.
