Pilat HR Solutions in conjunction with the University of East London are pleased to announce the launch of the Pilat Lecture Series.  These lectures will bring together both the latest research and thinking in HR and the practical implications of implementation of HR, Skills, Processes and Technology given different business context.  These lectures are structured so that there is a balance of academic input and discussion to explore the challenges each HR professional will face.  For example ‘What are the benefits and implications of a transparent approach in identification of high potential?’ and ‘how do you best manage expectations?’. 

The seminars are aimed at both current HR Practitioners at all levels as well as those studying for HR related qualifications. There is no cost to attend.
